Tnx for the reply about the logs. I found the problem. It was me. I had set the filters to "Match all the of Following" instead of "Match any of the Following".
I did run into one problem but it probably just way TB works. If the message has already been downloaded to the Inbox it will not download it again even if it has been move to either junk or saved folders. This happens even if the message have been deleted from the Inbox and the Trash Folders and they have been compacted.
