I sent them several ANGRY feedback emails about bugging me for it today. Someone got the message. I did have to put in a second email for it to work, but at least the phone number thing has quit (I used some old throwaway email accounts to get past that).
It's ridiculous expecting a second email address AND phone number. They have ZERO need for that much information. They already want to tie you to your Facebook and Gmail accounts. I don't use Facebook and I am sick and tired or everybody trying to force me onto it and/or tie all of my accounts together. I don't tie them together for a reason.
