Webmail does not use the imap mode. It goes to gmail webmail site via the browser mode and screen rip the emails then it communicates with TB via pop3 protocols. It extension can simulate an imap account but you would need to download the individual folders info (all email goes to your inbox on TB), and then using the filters referencing the x-folder name and move them to correct folders on TB.
