What happens if you try to login to Hotmail from
your browser? That's always the first thing I try
and, many times, I find that there is a new
prompting screen in the way, such as one asking if I want to
give them my cell phone #, etc. Yahoo and
Hotmail break the "normal" login pattern more frequently than any of us would like, but
that doesn't mean the extensions are broken. Login to Hotmail on the web, remain logged in, and see if Thunderbird works then. Sometimes it's a syncing issue with the DELE command and the Trash folder on TB vs. the actual realtime Trash folder on the web mail. I've encountered that with Yahoo, and now I select the Trash folder in TB, hit Get Mail, and that usually works better than if I select the Inbox. Hope this helps! On 03/18/2013 07:52 PM, AH1 wrote:
