In the docblocks for the moveup/movedown functions in TreeBehaivor
This line
* @param mixed $number how many places to move the node, or true to move
to first position
should be changed to include that it must be bool or int.. passing a
number that is not cast as int will make it behave as bool and move your
item to the top or bottom
