got the same problem as described by biesbjerg on
* Apache/2.2.3 (Linux/SUSE) 64 bit server (PHP Version 5.2.5)
* Apache/2.2.4 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8a DAV/2 PHP/5.2.3
(UBUNTU SERVER)
