#5616: Shell schema generate command miscalculates snapshot number

If there's already a schema.php and schema.sql file in app/config/sql,
when generating a snapshot schema via the console, it mis-calculates the
next snapshot number.
This is due to the preg_match command in cake/console/libs/schema.php on
line 157.
It's taking into account schema.sql, when it should only be counting
schema*.php
