#5631: Can't add bakery comment

I'm trying to add a comment at this URL:
http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/view/smarty-view-for-1-2
But I get this error:
The comment could not be saved. Please correct the errors below.
However, it doesn't show any field where there is an error, occasionally
when I have tried it says the title field is blank, when it isn't.
