#5646: $cacheAction can't be set for a whole action

The documentation say ( http://book.cakephp.org/view/346/Caching-in-the-
Controller ) :

Cache an entire action in this case a large listing of articles
var $cacheAction = array('archives/' => '60000');
}}}
However this settings won't work, the CacheHelper will alway look for a
string with params, see line 98 in cake/libs/views/helper/cache.php :
$check is derived from $this->here which always include action arguments.
