#5648: Change text on the default index page ('edit' to 'create')

    Reporter: teknoid | Type: RFC
      Status: new | Priority: Medium
   Milestone: 1.2.x.x | Component: General
     Version: RC3 | Severity: Normal
    Keywords: | Php_version: n/a
Cake_version: |

The default page after installation says:
"To change the content of this page, edit: APP/views/pages/home.ctp."

I've noticed a few people get confused regarding "edit" since the /pages/
 directory is empty.

A more intuitive wording would be:

"To change the content of this page, create: APP/views/pages/home.ctp."
