#5645: $useDbConfig does not work when using deferent database in one action

I think my Option model was loaded correctly.[[BR]]
Because if I change getInformations action like below,[[BR]]
debug.log have correct log outputs for first two $this->log,[[BR]]
and get error before third $this->log output.[[BR]]
