---------------------------+------------------------------------------------
    Reporter: hulucat | Type: Bug
      Status: new | Priority: Medium
   Milestone: 1.2.x.x | Component: Model
     Version: RC3 | Severity: Normal
    Keywords: modified | Php_version: PHP 5
Cake_version: 1.2.0.7692 |
---------------------------+------------------------------------------------
I have one database table that have a field named 'modified', and when one
Object is created and saved, the filed named 'modified' is do auto set to
 the time it was created.

But, when I changed one of other fields of this Object, and saved, the
field 'modified' always has the old value.

So, I edited the code cake/libs/model/model.php, in line 1094, deleted the
code '!in_array($updateCol, $fields)', the field 'modified' is auto
 managed correctly.

I know my idea is not well, so I am expecting the official resolving,
 hehe.
