#5657: Section 4.9.1 uses a different font for the TOC

Usually an Arial-like font is used for the TOC of the cookbook. But when I
visit section 4.9.1 (http://book.cakephp.org/view/165/Controller-Setup),
the font used for the TOC changes in Konqueror 3.5.9 (see attachment).
With FF 3.0 it works fine.
