#5690: function __parseExtension($url) in router strips last part of IP thinking

 If you send something like /somecontroller/someaction/33/10.0.0.1 router
 will strip .1 thinking it's an extension.
 I think that it shouldn't work like that. I worked around it by avoiding
 supplying IP as last parameter in the url.

 If developers won't fix this, I think at least users should be notified
 about this router behavior
