#5696: PostgreSQL incorrect timestamp definition in CREATE TABLE when using
CakeTestFixture::$import
------------------------------------------------+---------------------------
    Reporter:  klevo                            |          Type:  Bug
      Status:  new                              |      Priority:  High
   Milestone:  1.2.x.x                          |     Component:  PostgreSQL
     Version:  RC3                              |      Severity:  Normal
    Keywords: postgres timestamp create table | Php_version: PHP 5
Cake_version:  1.2.0.7692 RC3                   |
------------------------------------------------+---------------------------
 When using unit test fixtures with CakeTestFixture::$import and a model
 with a timestamp field Cake incorrectly creates this in the CREATE TABLE
 string:

 {{{
 timestamp DEFAULT '' NOT NULL
 // or
 timestamp DEFAULT ''
 }}}

 Both cause the query to fail.

 I quickly patched this in dbo_postgres, but I am sure there is a better
 place for fixing this.
