Yes it actually would require some major refactorings, as while rendering
the $this points to the View - or a subclass - instance that is rendering
the e-mail.[[BR]]
Anyway, I vote -1 for this ticket.[[BR]]
An e-mail subject is much more than a page title - wich is something that
can be setted in the view - it actually requires some logic dependence,
and therefore should be maintained away of the view layer.
