As what the title said add LAYOUT to the view.php file.
What i'm doing right now is change the LAYOUT on paths.php and add this
line array_push($paths,LAYOUTS); to the function _paths of view.php file,
line 885
$paths = array();
array_push($paths,LAYOUTS);
$viewPaths = Configure::read('viewPaths');
