Comment:

 Sorry, the only way I can seem to get this to work is to:

 {{{
 $this->Auth->loginAction = '/users/login';
 }}}

 When I try

 {{{
         $this->Auth->loginAction = array(
                 'admin' => false,
                 'prefix' => false,
                 'plugin' => false,
                 'controller' => 'users',
                 'action' => 'login'
         );
 }}}

 I still get redirected to /acl/users/login.

 Going to http://volunteercake.sf.net/admin/users redirects to
 http://volunteercake.sf.net/users/login as desired.

 But http://volunteercake.sf.net/admin/acl goes to
 http://volunteercake.sf.net/acl/users/login (as does
 http://volunteercake.sf.net/acl/admin).

 Either this is a bug in the Router::normalize, or there's a problem with
 the plugin I downloaded from http://bakery.cakephp.org/articles/view/acl-
 management-plugin that is causing this.

 Let me know what I can do to help you diagnose this.
