Doing a check on unique ids, ensuring a unique return; however, this could
potentially hide any duplicates that are there in error - thus
unknowningly clutter up the database.
The becomes more painful if there's a data in the joining table which
makes them unique.
For example, if I have a list of members that have a list types of
webpages, they may have more than 1 of the same type of webpages (wherein
the joining table would have an extra field containing the URL).
A nice 'fix' would be to check the joining table to see if there's a
unique id (auto increment) and check based on that.
