Component: Model | Version: RC3
Severity: Normal | Resolution: invalid
Keywords: model query insert return | Php_version: PHP 5

Changes (by mark_story):
* status: new => closed
* resolution: => invalid
Comment:
I don't think query was ever intended to be used to insert records. As
such it returns arrays of resultSets, for which an insert has none. The
documentation in the API states that query() is intended for performing
custom SQL queries that return results. Perhaps DboSource::insertMulti()
would fit your needs better.
