We definitely do not have enough info to solve this as reported, nor even
determine that it is a problem to be solved.
Can we assume then that blabla_123 is populated in the slug?
Is your example too simple to be true, when your expectations are more
likely for 'download_bla_bla_1234.html'.
What happens without the extension?
Are any errors being reported?
This would require a test case in order to continue.
