Here's what it says in the docblock:

* @param string $text String content that will appear inside the div
element.
* If null, only a start tag will be printed
}}}
JadB is passing `null` for the `$text` parameter, so it only prints an
open tag. If you want an empty (but closed) tag, use an empty string, not
`null`.
