#5755: requestAction is causing a strange problem

If I call requestAction in my controller, it causes a strange problem in
my view. The problem is that if I set a stylesheet or javascript file
with $html->css() or $javascript->link(), they don't get output in my
layout. Here's my code:

// in my controller
$body = $this->requestAction("/someurl", array('return'));
// in my view
$html->css('forms', null, null, false);
$javascript->link('jquery', false);
}}}
If I comment out the requestAction line, then in my layout, the
$scripts_for_layout will display the HTML for forms.css and jquery.js.
However, if I execute the requestAction line, then $scripts_for_layout
will mysteriously not contain the assets. Also, this only happens if I
pass array('return') as the second parameter to requestAction, or
array('return' => 0). If I don't pass those parameters, I don't get any
problems.
