#5758: Sanitize::stripTags broken

When using this method, one would expect it to ONLY strip tags you pass
for it. Not in the following case:
[[[
<b>Test</b><br>is a new line
]]]
Right now, it will strip both <b> and <br> when it's only supposed to
strip the <b> and it's closing tag. Regex needs to be changed.
