#5764: HtmlHelper::tableCells bug when using TD options in first cell
--------------------------------------+-------------------------------------
    Reporter:  sneeka2                |          Type:  Bug
      Status:  new                    |      Priority:  Low
   Milestone:  1.2.x.x                |     Component:  Helpers
     Version:  RC3                    |      Severity:  Minor
    Keywords:  htmlhelper tablecells  |   Php_version:  n/a
Cake_version:                         |
--------------------------------------+-------------------------------------
 {{{
 $tr = array(
    array('td1 content', array('someattribute' => 'somevalue')),
    'td2 content',
    'td3 content'
 );
 }}}

 breaks the HtmlHelper::tableCells behaviour, as this test on line 491
 fails:

 {{{
 if (empty($data[0]) || !is_array($data[0])) {
    $data = array($data);
 }
 }}}

 The workaround is to wrap the input data into an extra array(), but it is
 still unexpected behaviour that throws errors.
