 rafaelbandeira3 is correct.  If the code in the ticket description is your
 sample use, then your use is incorrect. Router::parse() is not intended to
 be fed into Router::url().  They accept different configurations of
 parameters.  Furthermore your use case doesn't make sense.  The advantage
 to array urls is that they can be reverse routed.  By using a string url
 to create a url array, and then using the converted array to create a
 string is wrong conceptually.  Doing things this way is more work, and
 you're negating the advantages of one system by making it depend on the
 other.  The better and correct approach is to just use an array url and
 skip the whole Router::parse step.  You can then use Routes to make the
 string urls you desire.
