If you are not using mod_rewrite (or equivalent) urls are expected to be
of the form:
{{{
http://www.example.com/index.php/controller/action
}}}
If you modify the core, you're on your own to solve the problem. If using
an unmodified core you are still having some kind of problem please
describe what it is. If you need help setting up iis to work with CakePHP
don't reopen this ticket please use irc or the google group to seek help.
