hi,
I am a new user, and I have some errors on my install. If someone can
help me learn how to understand how this script works initially, then I
can use this software on my own. I hopefully won't have too many dumb
questions.
How do I fix these problems? Please don't assume I know the lingo. I
don't *yet*, but I learn very fast.
Notice (1024): Please change the value of 'Security.salt' in
app/config/core.php to a salt value specific to your application
[CORE/cake/libs/debugger.php, line 541]
(I switched this to "medium and still have an error?)
The FileEngine is being used for caching. To change the config edit
APP/config/core.php
(Do I care about this? Not yet?!)
Your database configuration file is NOT present.
Rename config/database.php.default to config/database.php
(I did not have an default. There is no config/database.php of any kind.
How do I fix this?)
