Cake tries to prefetch all PK's for deleteAll with mysqli driver (despite
of passed parameters)
even if you set two other parameters (cascade, callbacks) to false
it tries to get PK's anyway.
It works well with "mysql" driver and fails at least with "mysqli" driver
