#5838: isFlash not working properly

I was making a upload module using
http://digitarald.de/project/fancyupload/
My requests from version (9 and 10) of shockwave Flash were not recognized
as being calls made from Flash.
In request_handler.php i changed isflash() to:
function isFlash() {
return (
env('HTTP_USER_AGENT') === "Shockwave Flash" ||
env('HTTP_USER_AGENT') === "Adobe Flash Player 9" ||
env('HTTP_USER_AGENT') === "Adobe Flash Player 10"
);
}
I haven't tested other versions of Flash.
