Comment:

 What convention is that?  I've never seen a convention which indicates
 that there should be no spaces in your app name.  Besides, a space is a
 legitimate character (when it's encoded as a %20).

 I would find this very useful for development (which is what CakePHP is
 all about).  I have all my sites in under my document root, and some of
 them are for clients which have spaces in the name.  It's a very simple
 change and totally fixes what I feel is a bug; the %20 is not getting
 decoded to the proper character in the filesystem.  I can think of lots of
 situations where an app may be installed in a subdirectory with a space in
 it.

 Would you please consider adding this patch?  It would be very helpful to
 those of us in that situation.  Thanks!
