#5881: Baked tests should include all fixtures

When baking tests the current behavior only includes fixtures directly
linked to the model being baked. It would be really handy for it to scan
all the relation trees and include fixtures for all models. This would
lower the entry barrier to testing, as fewer missing table errors would be
generated.
