Reopening ticket because I dont think this is exactly duplicate issue to
#5045
Even though, it was very close, but my issue is directly related to the
images only, not with css or js. I've also reported the failing test
DispatcherTest::testStaticAssets() which works fine on Windows environment
and not in Linux. I hope that should be sufficient to reproduce a problem,
its simple as running a test on linux. If you see this as a issue, please
let me know if I could work more on a patch.
