#5907: The TranslateBehavior's config format specified under the API
documentation
is invalid.

Under the API documentation it's specified that the config for
TranslateBehavior should be passed in the following format:
{{{
$actsAs = array(
'Translate' => array(
'fields' => array(
'field_one', 'field_two' => 'FieldAssoc', 'field_three'
)
)
);
}}}
But when using this, the application breaks in pieces because the
TranslateBehavior::setup() method passes the $config parameter directly to
TranslateBehavior::bindTranslation() which expects $config['fields' ] to
be passed.

BTW, a few lines of documentation about TranslateBehavior inside the Book
will be greatly appreciated.
