#5913: Console not starting on *nix

 After upgrade from RC3 to RC4, my console scripts stop working.
 Every time i getting error about wrong path(s) like this:

 Welcome to CakePHP v1.2.0.7945 RC4 Console
 ---------------------------------------------------------------
 Current Paths:
 -app: app
 -working: /home/project/public_html/app
 -root: /home/project/public_html
 -core: /home/project/public_html
 .....

 changing pathes from command line have no results. This error occur only
 on my *nix server with cakePHP RC4.

 P.S. rc4 on windows dev. machine working OK, *nix production with rc3
 working OK too
