If every cake app has the same security.salt string, your app won't be
very secure unless you change it to something unique.
You can find a good random string generator here:
https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm
Info about security.salt can be found in the error message you got when
you refreshed your screen, or in the cakephp manual at book.cakephp.org.
I am only bothering to type useful information here because this page
comes up high in google when you search on security.salt.
