#5986: Validation::multiple returns error when field to check is empty
------------------------------------+---------------------------------------
Reporter: tek01 | Type: Bug
Status: new | Priority: Medium
Milestone: 1.2.x.x | Component: Validation
Version: 1.2 Final | Severity: Minor
Keywords: validation multiple | Php_version: n/a
Cake_version: 1.2.0.7962 |
------------------------------------+---------------------------------------
If you set a "multiple" validation rule on a multiple select field it
works fine when you set a minimum or maximum range. But if you submit the
form leaving the multiple select field empty you get this
warning:[[BR]][[BR]]
Warning (2): array_filter() [function.array-filter]: The first argument
should be an array [CORE\cake\libs\validation.php, line 636][[BR]][[BR]]
That happens because line 636 is
{{{$check = array_filter($check);}}}
which is executed even if $check is not an array.
