This enhancement allows cakephp 1.2 to print the file and line of the
original CRUD request in the sql debug at the bottom of the page.
To enable this, simply set debug level to 4 in app/config/core.php.
This is designed to help track down find() that can have models unbound or
just track down where sql is being generated.
