Sorry no test case on this one. Didn't really make sense here.
I believe the spec ([http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1945#section-11.1])
calls for the word "basic" to be capitalized.

In addition sites, such as twitter, won't accept authorization if "basic"
is lowercase.
Fix and update to the existing tests are attached
