#6109: $uses = array('Plugin.PluginModel'); doesn't work anymore in shells

Since I updated the core to revision 8035 and then 8038 $uses doesn't work
anymore in custom shells for models in plugins.
Example code:

var $uses = array('Rssgator.RssgatorContent');
function main() {
//Get orders shipped in the last month
$this->RssgatorContent->grabFeeds();
}
}

The answer from the shell is:

But the model exists and works fine.
