 Hello,

 I have the same problems. Here is an example of the view :

 {{{
  public $components = array('RequestHandler');

  function beforeFilter() {
   if ($this->RequestHandler->isAjax()) {
    $this->layout = 'ajax';
   } else {
    $this->layout = 'default';
   }
  }
 }}}

 I request the page directly using browser (HTTP, Web) it is cached using
 default layout, and after if I access the same page using my js framework,
 it'll be render with the previous cached page instead of the page using
 ajax layout.
