@ADmad purpose of Validation::postal() is ;-) to be bloated with list of
regexes for country-specific formats of postal codes. Length of this
switch() used inside (or possible room for some array map instead) doesn't
matter IMO. It is not my fault that EU doesn't have one central system for
postal codes across continent and islands.
