Comment:
This does not work when the application root is a folder, not the domain
root.
Changing the line:
{{{$url .= '?' . @filemtime(WWW_ROOT . str_replace('/', DS, $path));}}}
to:
{{{$url .= '?' . @filemtime(WWW_ROOT . substr(str_replace('/', DS, $path),
strlen($this->base)));}}}
fixes this issue. Line 359 of html.php and 278 of javascript.php.
