Using:
Configure::write('Asset.timestamp', 'force');
Works perfectly well, when the CSS file is served as:
http://example.com/css/some_file.css?1224312434
However, when attempting to serve as:
http://example.com/testing/css/some_fie.css?
The time stamp is missing.
Test diff of HTML helper atttached.
