 I think what he wants is to only cache sections of a page, but still
 execute some action to get the data for the non-cached parts. Right now,
 you can use cake:nocache to prevent a login box to show for a login user,
 for example, but you can't make the non-cached area fetch some data.

 I do think agree that some of the Cake caching features are lacking but
 this would be a pretty radical change since Caching implies that no data
 will be fetched.
