 I ran into this after updating from the beta 6311 to 8004, which
 incorrectly quotes the constant CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in dbo_mysql. Please
 think of code that relies on modification dates. All this logic is broken
 now. For me this is a serious bug and no enhancement, so please apply the
 provided patch which works for me.
