 When we create a form with the param "url", when url has queryStrin
 delimiters, & are encoding 2 times : &param=value become
 &param=value .

 Example :

$form->create('Contact',array('method'=>'post','url'=>'/controller/action/?param1=value1&param2=value2'));
 }}}

 Gives : /controller/action/?param1=value1&param2=value2
