#6283: form helper with get method does not generate data prefix for input
fileds

In a view file:
{{{
print $form->create('Star', array('type' => 'get'));
print $form->input('theNames');
}}}
Will generate the input as follows:
{{{
<input type="text" id="StarTheNames" value="" name="theNames"/>
}}}
Problem: The name option of the input is not prefixed width data, so the
controller will not get it in $this->data
Solution:
/cake/libs/view/helpers/form.php after line 1655 should be added this
shippet:
{{{
if ($this->requestType == 'get'){
return parent::__name($options, $field, $key);
}
}}}
By this the code will generate the expected
{{{
<input type="text" id="StarTheNames" value=""
name="data[Star][theNames]"/>
}}}
