#6333: Custom prefix is not set to true by default during url generation by
router

      Status:  new                         |      Priority:  Medium

 Please consider the following with admin routing turned on with prefix
 'admin'.
 {{{
 # Current url: /admin/some_controller

 Router::url(array('controller'=>'foo', 'action'=>'bar'))
 # Generates: /admin/foo/bar
 }}}
 i.e. Router automatically adds 'admin'=>true to the array based on current
 url if key 'admin' is not passed in the array.

 But same doesn't happen when using a custom prefix.
 {{{
 Router::connect('/profile/:controller/:action/*', array('prefix' =>
 'profile', 'profile' => true));

 # Current url: /profile/some_controller

 Router::url(array('controller'=>'foo', 'action'=>'bar'))

 # Generates: /foo/bar
 # and not: /profile/foo/bar
 }}}

 Would it be possible to have a consistent behavior and the default value
 for the custom prefix also be taken based on current url as its done for
 admin urls.
