#6337: Able to 'favourite' or 'star' Articles and Code snippets in the bakery

 I think it would be really useful to have a simple bookmarking system in
 the Bakery. Very often I find a component/helper/behaviour that i think
 might be useful but am not quite ready to try it out, so I would like to
 'star' it for future reference.

 This would be similar to 'Star this project' on Google Code.

 I believe this would also be useful to the authors of the snippets, as
 they can see a level of interest in their code, even when people haven't
 (yet) rated it or commented on it. It could also be used to prompt ratings
 - ie. 'you recently starred this code snippet, please consider adding a
 rating if you have used it'.
